Whether you are leading a team in a company, clients in wellbeing spaces, leading a small business, or deepening your self trust in how you lead yourself through your career or solopreneur journey, you are in the business of (self) leadership, and this monthly online gathering is for YOU!

There is a narrative that leadership is this power- and hierachy-heavy thing - but leadership is also soft, grounded, flexible, and more about our relationship with ourselves and how we lead and move through responsibility, uncertainty, challenge, growth, quietness, stuckness, and possibility.

This monthly, online, guided leadership gathering is exactly about that; expanding and evolving our view of leadership and how we can show up for ourselves, our people, and our work.

You'll be in company of a variety of other thoughtful humans - who will:

• open your perspectives to what leadership can be or look like
• infuse new ideas or insights in to your approach or style of leadership
• compassionately hold up mirrors to things you might not have considered
• and importantly, be a replenishing support in the same ever-evolving leadership boat!

What to expect?

The structure, guided by Hannah Ray (an ICF-certified Life, Business and Career coach with 10+ years experience in advertising agencies, plus 6 years building and running my own coaching practice), will be the same each month:

part 1 - reflective journaling or an exercise together on a specific theme I choose

part 2 - small breakout chats to share, connect, speak it out loud and hash it out

part 3 - a group Q&A for coaching/ mentoring/ intervision/ listening & learning on any leadership-related challenge you’re working through, whether you’re working in a corporate, creative endeavor or in your own business

Where?

The gathering will take place online and I will email you with preparations and the Zoom link a day or so before the session.
