Softening starts with somatic safety, and we're going to learn about what safety means for a woman's nervous system. For too long we've assumed that everything that works for men works for us too.It couldn't be further from the truth. We as women need our own approach to somatic and nervous system work—one that takes into account our cyclicality, sensitivity and relational nature. This is work that goes beyond the standard somatics. I'd love to teach you more about this topic.
