Programma met twee voorstellingen: Dansfilm ‘Lapso de Fuga’ en toneelstuk ‘Medusa’

Theatermakers in Focus is een programma met twee voorstellingen. Hierin werken de Latijns-Amerikaanse theatermakers Claribel Rodriguez Castillo en Gabriela Zuarez samen. Al jaren in Nederland, vinden zij elkaar in dit theaterprogramma waarin de krachten van fictie en realiteit op magische wijze samenvloeien in een authentieke scènische crossover.In hun werk staan thema’s zoals identiteit, geworteld zijn, immigratie en lokalisme centraal. Met dit programma willen zij het Nederlandse publiek een nieuw perspectief op intercultureel theater bieden.Het programma bestaat uit meerdere onderdelen. Zo is er de dansfilm ‘Lapso de Fuga’, gecombineerd met een lezing. Daarnaast wordt het volledige toneelstuk ‘Medusa’ opgevoerd. Na afloop is er een nagesprek met koffie of thee.
