Think with your hands - Creative LEGO® Serious Play® Workshop
This LSP® workshop offers a creative way to gain clarity and direction when you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or caught in overthinking.
About the event
Instead of analysing problems or talking about change, we work with the hands and the body. Through building, reflecting, and sharing, participants access insight in a way that goes beyond purely cognitive thinking.
The workshop is guided using a nervous system–informed facilitation, creating the conditions for focus, safety, and clarity. This allows new perspectives to emerge naturally, without pressure to perform or find the “right” answer.
What to expect:
- LEGO® Serious Play® helps you explore questions and challenges through building and metaphor
- Nervous system–informed facilitation to support focus, safety, and regulation
- Structured reflection to translate insight into clear understanding
- Gentle group interaction to deepen perspective without overwhelm
What you may notice
Many participants leave the session feeling:
- clearer about their current situation
- more grounded and focused
- able to see their challenge from a new perspective
- more confident about possible next steps
One session can offer meaningful insight and direction.
Deeper clarity often develops through continued practice and reflection.
