3-5 day Bansko Ski Opening Workation

Join us in Bansko for the first highlight of the Bansko winter season 2018 / 2019: the legendary Bansko ski opening. Snow fun, games and party with like-minded snow enthusiasts. This Out of Office Workation brings together people who like to explore the Bansko mountain resort and want to get work done in the energizing Bansko Coworking space. How much work and how much leisure time - that's up to you. We help you make your workation work.

OUR OFFER: Bansko Ski Opening & Coworking

Stay 3, 4 or 5 days with us* and join a group of like-minded workation travelers. We provide cozy accommodation, breakfast and dinners together with the group, access to Coworking Bansko, and a rental car for the group to explore the surroundings.

In addition, ski passes and other leisure activities can be booked spontaneously. We help you organize additional activities and might be able to get good group deals.

COMING TO BANSKO:

Flights or other transport to Bulgaria are not included. We recommend checking kiwi.com or skyscanner.com for good flight deals.

Transport to Bansko is to be arranged individually, please let us know what time you would like to be picked up / when you have to leave. We might be able to pick you up / drive you to Sofia airport.

Friday, 14 and Saturday, 15 December: Check-in at accommodation from 4pm

Monday, 17 to Wednesday, 19 December: Check-out at accommodation latest at 11am

Book until 5 December:
3 nights: 199 € per person (in double room)**

4 nights: 279 € per person (in double room)**

5 nights: 349 € per person (in double room)**

Please inform us if you would like a single room. 15 Euro per night will be charged additionally upon arrival.

** Traveling for business? We are happy to explore with you whether you can book this workation as an expensable business trip. 0% VAT applies already.

If you book for 1 person in a double room: Please let us know as a comment who you want to share the room with (name of other participant). If you would like to be matched with another participant who is also willing to share a double room, please let us know your matching criteria (e.g. gender). We will try to find a match for you. If we do not find a match, we kindly have to ask you to pay the single room fee.

Strict refund policy applies. Refund is possible until one week before the event. Full refund in case of cancellation until 6.12.18. Zero refund in case of cancellation on 7.12.18 or later. Please contact us immediately if you need to change or cancel your participation. Participation is at your own risk. Please make sure to book all relevant personal travel insurance.

What's the refund policy?

Strict refund policy: Refunds can be granted until one week before the event, and if the event is cancelled by the organizer.

Can I update my registration information?

Yes. Administration fee for name change is 25 EURO.

Can the price of the event still change?

Normally not. Only if there's an unfortunate situation where additional costs are imposed on us, e.g. by a supplier or government. We reserve the right to charge additional sums due to variations in service charges, fuel surcharges, taxes, and fluctuations in foreign exchange markets or any combination thereof.

Can the event be cancelled by the organizer?

Yes, the event can be cancelled for several reasons. In case of cancellation by Out of Office Workation we return to you the full amount you paid. Exceptions from this are reasons outside our control which include war, political unrest, strikes, acts of God, epidemics, natural and technical disaster, closure of ports and aircraft.

In case of cancellation by the organizer, we do not reimburse additional costs, e.g. for transport.

Can participation of a participant be cancelled by the organizer?

Out of Office Workations has the right to cancel your participation if full payment is not received.

We also reserve the right in any circumstance to cancel or amend your booking. In that case, paid fees may be partially refunded but we do not guarantee that any refunds will apply. In case we have to cancel your participation, we do not reimburse additional costs, e.g. for transport.
