What to expect from this demo-day? Let’s run you through it!

9AM: Hi there!

We can’t expresso how much you bean to us by coming to our demo. So that’s how we start. With saying hi over some good coffee.

9h15 – 9h45: How to get 1% better every day?

Once everyone is fully awake, we share how you can get 1% better every day! Why do we focus in our 90’ workshops on the little things? And how can you make this into a bite-sized academy?

9h45 – 11h15: Pick your 90’ workshop

Next, you will follow your favorite trainer to your favorite workshop. There’s one on receiving feedback, one on leadership in NWoW and one on time-management. Don’t worry. You don’t have to decide now. Just follow one of these sessions based on your mood of the day.

11h15 – 11h30: Bite-sized break

After you experienced one of our bite-sized 90’ workshops, you deserve a bite-sized break! One of those were you can quickly hop in and out the toilet, grab another coffee and take a biscuit or two.

11h30 – 12h30: Design your new habits

Inspiration is good. But inspiration combined with action is even better! That’s why you will design new habits in the final part of this demo. Because changing behavior is easy, but only when you have a plan for it. We will ask you tricky questions like... what's an old habit to pair your new one to? Or how can you make it so small you can't say no to it? Developing new habits is a fun way to make your life 1% better every day.

12h30: Let’s do lunch!

We’ll end with good food to put you in a good mood before you get on with your day.
