Part 1. What keeps the cofounders and team together and strong?

Some buildings collapse when earthquakes or storms come. Others stay. Why so? Similarly, some founders and team relationships break at the first difficulties, thus causing the business downfall as well. Others stay strong despite tough business challenges.

Part 2. Peer to Peer mentoring

The participants will work in groups of three. 2 will take the roles of mentors, and 1 will be the mentee. .Cocoon will provide the structure according to which the mentors will support the mentee to uncover deeper reasons for his/her business challenges.
