What to expect of this lunch & learn session?

Company culture and teamwork strongly influence each other. During this lunch & learn session we would like to take you on a journey in creating your company culture and building a great team. It sounds simple but, especially during fast paced growth, this both can be a big challenge. Life as an employer is so much easier if you have build an effective company culture and team before this phase of your company hits off. Please be aware, it is important you drive and foster your company culture rather than just let it create itself.

Most employers do not actively and consciously develop a team which can cause serious problems in work pleasure, productivity and vitality of a company. Hence, (major) financial losses can occur.

With this session we are keen to inspire everyone to invest in creating an effective and positive company culture and building a great team! We hope to meet you all on 28th of October!

Let's introduce the speakers:

YourHRhub is a startup of professional HR entrepreneurs with great expertise in Human Resources within Life Sciences, and situated at BioPartner 3 in a shared office space with 360Pharma. At YourHRhub, we specialize in simplifying HR challenges for start- and scale-ups.

Frank Helmus- "Having dedicated 16 years to HR and TA, I'm a licensed assessor for GITP, SHL, and PI Company. My passion lies in helping individuals turn their passions into actionable plans. With 5 years of experience at Johnson & Johnson, I am currently leading the TA EMEA Team for Pharm R&D, while also taking the lead in the redeployment program of Janssen Vaccines NL”. Furthermore I’m a public speaker on talent for LBSP and AmChem and co-owner of 360Pharma, a company who built Career websites for Eco systems, start- and scale ups in Pharma Biotech and Med tech.

Vivienne Heemskerk – “I am a versatile, reliable, and decisive HRM professional who looks at matters from a business-economic and process-oriented perspective while keeping an eye for people”. After working 9 years as an HR Manager for an international family business inretail in 2006 I decided to continue my career self-employed and to follow an education in coaching. Since 2007 I am a member of the Dutch Order of Professional Coaches (NOBCO). My activities include both Human Resources Management and individual and team coaching. I love the variety of tasks at strategic, tactical, and operational levels. Since 2017 I combine freelance activities with a position as Manager Human Resources at GenomeScan BV. Making a constructive contribution to an organization or to people’s personal development is what drives me!
