This is the second Black Men’s Sunday, a new bi-monthly series at HipHopHuis. It is the brother programme to Black Fem Sundays that meets in the alternate month.

The group is a sharing circle where there is a format to share and learn from other Black men in the space. It’s a chance to practice having vulnerable conversations and see yourself in others.

The group is guided by facilitators Albert Matil and Homero Radway and opens with a tasty lunch and grounding meditation.

For this session, the theme is values. Thinking about the values you appreciate in yourselves and others. And what you value about being a Black man in a society that might not always hold up those things.

Come join us for a chance to connect, share, eat well and have the conversations you might not always get to have with those around you.
