The breath is the carrier of your energy and one of the most powerful tools to work with. In this energising workshop you will explore the potential of your breath to deepen your sensations and release stress and tension.

- Everybody who feels drawn to deepen their sensations and wants to feel more emotions. - Previous experience with tantra or breath work is not necessary.

- You can come alone or in a couple.

// YOUR TEACHER: KOEN BRINK

I am a breath coach, meditation and tantra practitioner and officer at the Dutch Army. My adventurous soul has brought me from the battlefields of Afghanistan to various spiritual disciplines. Step by step I am learning to embrace life and death in all its colours. I am happy to share my experience in breath work and embodied leadership.

// YOUR TEACHER: SJORS BOELAARS

Sjors dedicated the last five years to his meditation and tantra practice. After his masters in philosophy he became a captain on ocean going sailing yachts, started a good food company and experienced the highs of life until a burnout knocked on the door. In the following years he started to explore meditation, yoga and various shamanistic traditions till he came on the tantric path. Sjors did a two year training in Kashmir Shaiva Tantra at the Centre for Tantra in Amsterdam. He is selected for the six months ‘Immersion Program’ in which he receives 1 on 1 teaching from Hareesh Christopher Wallis. One of the foremost living teachers and scholars on classical tantra teaching from the Kaula Trika lineage.

// PRACTICAL

- Wear loose, easy clothing.
