In Bubbelonia kruipen de bewoners van een sprookjesachtige wereld langzaam uit hun bubbels. Er is weer ruimte voor elkaar en de wereld om hen heen, en voor zintuiglijke ervaringen zoals voelen, ruiken, kijken en horen.

“Met deze hoopvolle en soms ook humoristische voorstelling willen we jong en oud inspireren om te blijven geloven in de magie van de natuur. De acrobaten ontsnappen tijdens de voorstelling uit hun bubbels en pogen zo een nieuw evenwicht tussen mens en natuur te creëren. We hebben ons ook laten inspireren door De Tuin der Lusten, het beroemde schilderij van Jheronimus Bosch. Denk aan de bubbels, de giraf en het magisch water met wonderlijke hybride wezens”, vertelt Vincent Michels van Corpus Acrobatics, die samen met Marley Eltz verantwoordelijk is voor de artistieke leiding en choreografie.

Naast veel visuele verrassingen door internationale top-acrobaten belooft Bubbelonia ook een muzikaal spektakel te worden met speciaal voor deze voorstelling gecomponeerde muziek door de befaamde componist Bob Zimmerman.

Bubbelonia is a musical circus theater spectacle about a fantastic animal world full of bubbles, amphibians, hybrid creatures and a mermaid.

In Bubbelonia, the inhabitants of a fairytale world slowly crawl out of their bubbles. There is room again for each other and the world around them, and for sensory experiences such as feeling, smelling, looking and hearing...

“With this hopeful and sometimes humorous performance, we want to inspire young and old to continue to believe in the magic of nature. The acrobats burst out of their bubbles during the performance and thus attempt to create a new balance between man and nature. We were also inspired by The Garden of Earthly Delights, the famous painting by Hieronymus Bosch. Think of the bubbles, the giraffe, and magical water with wonderful hybrid creatures”, explains Vincent Michels of Corpus Acrobatics, who is responsible for the artistic direction and choreography together with Marley Eltz.

In addition to many visual surprises by international top acrobats, Bubbelonia also promises to be a musical spectacle with music specially composed for this performance by the famous composer Bob Zimmerman.
