Join us for an exciting FREE two- day training event (delivered in English) to gain practical knowledge and tips on business development and acceleration. During this training, you will be guided by our experienced and expert trainers to form a strong and sustainable business plan.

What will you learn?

• Exposure to new tools and methods in business planning
• Tools and techniques for business diagnostics and strategy
• Improved skills (e.g. negotiation, storytelling, creativity and positive psychology)
• Networking opportunities with other like-minded entrepreneurs

Training content:

• Understanding the management of change- how to deal with challenges, agile thinking and critical analysis- exploring ways of developing personal resilience and business resilience, agile planning techniques and future proofing.
• Business diagnosis and analysis (including soft skill and hard skills)
• Business Modelling tools to support growth in micro-businesses (and contextual analysis and research skills)
• Developing a story (what is your brand, benefits and communication tools) to promote businesses

In addition, if you attend both days of the programme you will be able to access up to 6 hours worth of free coaching from our experienced coaches (all trained to Masters level).

Who is it for?

The Inclusive Business LaunchPad project aims to promote gender diversity within entrepreneurship. We are therefore opening this training on a fully funded basis, to female entrepreneurs including those who are freelancers.

Over the course of the two days, you will be led by the following experienced trainers:

Dr Glyn Cartwright BA (Hons) MBA, FCIM, CMI

Sales Director, Marketing Director, Managing Director of leading brand names in the building product supply industry including Tarmac, CRH. Owner of SMEs operating internationally. His areas of speciality include Business Growth, Marketing, Strategy & Sales.

Chiles Cartwright BA (Hons) MBA, CMI

Business consultant and owner and director of several SMEs in the UK. Chiles has director level experience in luxury goods, construction materials, FMCG, food and beverage, mobile phones and cosmetics.

Eric Wijmenga BA (Hons), PGCert

Education and Business consultant. Owner and Director of Inova Aspire, Inova Education and Inova Consultancy. Eric has a varied experience working on international markets such as: India, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, Mexico, Bolivia, Peru and Paraguay.

Marina Larios- BA, MSc, MA, PGDIPL, FRSA

Marina has more than 21 years of experience running her own consultancy firm and has helped a variety of clients set up and grow businesses. Originally from Mexico and working on an international level, her main passion is to support business owners who currently lack representation.
