Join the ClimateLaunchpad 2019 kickoff meeting on February 25th in The Hague. Like every year, we get together to discuss how to improve next year's edition compared to this year. All national leads, trainers, partners, central staff, program board, and enthusiasts are welcome to join (for instance, if you want to bring one of your sponsors along, feel free to do so).

We would like to invite you to be a part of the rethink and redesign process of ClimateLaunchpad. The central question we want to discuss is: How can we turn ClimateLaunchpad in a global movement, while at the same time running a great 2019 edition?

Open Space method
The method we will use for the meeting is called Open Space. From my experience it is the most powerful way to get a group of passionate, committed people to design a common action plan in a minimum amount of time and act on it. I've asked Jill Wilkinson, the director of The Hague Humanity Hub, to facilitate the day. Jill has ran hundreds of open space meetings.

If you haven't used open space before: it's a little different than what you have been used to for the ClimateLaunchpad kickoff. There is no agenda upfront, as we will make that agenda together during the day.

How to prepare
Please come prepared with ideas or issues you consider important to discuss for ClimateLaunchpad 2019 and how to turn it into a global movement. Also, please be prepared to share information about your role and contribution to ClimateLaunchpad and how you are trying to contribute to building a global ecosystem for cleantech. Bring this in max. 10 slides PowerPoint, and most importantly, bring it on paper. Just 1 print A4 will do.
