Een dansretreat waar Body, Mind en Soul centraal staat: (scroll down for English)

Body: met dans & beweging schud je alles van je af. Je gaat opgeladen en met meer energie naar huis. We gaan je vrouwelijkheid aanwakkeren, waardoor je lekkerder in je vel gaat zitten.

Mind: uit je hoofd en in connectie met jezelf. We sluiten af met een 30 min yoga - en meditatiesessie.

Soul: voed je ziel met een connectie, terug naar de basis, van binnen naar buiten.

Tijdens de dansworkshop maak je kennis met de ‘fusion’ stijlen met oa. latin, gypsy, oriental elementen en natuurlijk Balkandans. Denk hierbij aan dansen op gevoel, vloeiende bewegingen, kringdans en snelle voetenwerk. Je gaat helemaal op in de muziek en laat de waan van de dag achter je.

In Rotterdam geeft oprichter en danseres Ana Baric wekelijks les aan een groep gemotiveerde vrouwen en organiseert ze workshops op diverse plekken in Nederland. Haar doel is simpel en doeltreffend; vrouwen empoweren door ze aan het dansen te krijgen en te bewegen alsof niemand kijkt. Haar workshops zijn dan ook bekend om de energieke en opzwepende muziek, een goede vibe en een full body workout.

De dansworkshop vindt plaats in De Nieuwe Regentes in Den Haag. Er is een grote danszaal waar we voldoende ruimte hebben.

A dance retreat where we focus on our Body, Mind and Soul:

Body: with dance & movement you shake everything off. You will go home feeling charged and with more energy. We are going to stimulate your femininity, so you feel more comfortable in your own skin.

Mind: get out of your head and in connection with yourself. We close with a 30 min yoga and meditation session.

Soul: nourish your soul with a connection,go back to basics, from the inside out.

During the dance workshop you will get to know the 'fusion' styles like latin, gypsy, oriental elements and of course Balkan dance. Dance & just feel the music, flowing movements, circle dance and fast footwork. You become completely absorbed in the music and leave any issues of the day behind you.

In Rotterdam, founder and dancer Ana Baric gives weekly lessons to a group of motivated women and organizes workshops in various places in the Netherlands. Her goal is simple and effective; empowering women by getting them to dance and move like no one is watching. Her workshops are known for their energetic and uplifting music, a good vibe and a full body workout.

The dance workshop takes place in De Nieuwe Regentes in The Hague. There is a large dance studio where we have enough space.
