Experience the true climbing spirit in the most amazing bouldering area in the world: France’s beautiful Forêt de Fontainebleau. You will learn how to navigate the climbing areas, how to move better on the rocks and perfect your climbing technique, how to find the perfect boulderproblems for your level and how to climb safe and with respect for the forest and its inhibitors. Combining climbing with movement, yoga, meditation and community activities, you will feel more connected to yourself, your body and the nature that surrounds you.
Aside from the coached small-group climbing sessions and movement and meditiation sessions, we will eat nourishing and healthy vegan meals together, camp in the forest and give back to the forest with a community clean-up.
This event is accessible for all climbing and experience levels.
What’s included:
-	Daily guided 4 hour climbing session, devided in small groups based on amount of experience and climbing level. Groups are coached by experienced climbing coaches and guides
-	Daily yoga or mobility session to start the day before climbing
-	Daily meditation session to finish the day
-	3 healthy vegan meals per day (Fri-Sun) plus breakfast Monday morning
-	Campsite spot with community space in the heart of the forest
-	Crash pads and transportation to the bouldering areas

9:00 yoga flow practice

11:00 departure to the climbing area (lunch at climbing area)
16:00 arrival back on the campsite (free time to discover the forest and town of Milly-la-forêt)
