Where and when will the conference take place?

The conference takes place on September 30th, from 9:00 - 18:00 at DMEC's office, Hellingweg 11D, 2583 DZ, The Hague, The Netherlands & online.

How do I reach the event location?

Accepted Answer

To reach the location, you can take bus line 28, direction Den Haag Zuiderstrand from The Hague Central Station or Voorburg Station. There are several parking spaces for bicycles and cars. Car parking is free until 18:00. We encourage public transport & bike as the most sustainable form of transport

Question 3

Which hotels are recommended for my stay?

Accepted Answer

We recommend Inntelhotels Den Haag Marina Beach (discount code DME) or Hotel Bries (discount code Dutch_Marine_Bries) for a stay close to DMEC and the Scheveningen Harbour.

Question 4

I have a specific dietary restriction, what food will be serve during the event?

Accepted Answer

Standard vegetarian catering will be served throughout the day. If you have any specific allergy/dietary requirements, please reach out to uyen@dutchmarineenergy.com and we will try to cater to your request.

What is the working language of the event?

Accepted Answer

The presentation, workshops and pitches will be done in English.

Question 6

What does a conference ticket include?

Accepted Answer

The onsite ticket includes access to all sessions in the program, beverages throughout the day, lunch and networking drink. The ticket does not cover parking costs (if any). The online ticket includes access to all sessions in the program, except for the networking and exhibition.
