The documentary started as a way of giving voice to lambic beer and those characters that play an important roll in the development and preservation of such an antique style of beer.

This is a project filmed and produced by Dani from Cerve TV, a video platform founded in 2012 to support and comunicate about craft beer.

After the screening there will be a Q&A with the director Dani and Jean van Roy (Cantillon) and Pierre (Tilquin).
