• Pre Access to Founders Breakfast Table: from 08:30 (exclusive breakfast with Lena & only 4 other founders!)
• General Admission : from Saturday 10:00 to 18:00– Afterparty: 18:00–21:00 (with Lena’s favorite DJ) & Sunday, 10am - 1.30pm
• VIP ticket includes overnight stay at the luxury location @groundedroots.nl as well as unlimited access to the festival and amenities

Your mentor/coach

Connection & Leadership Coach, Social Scientist, Media Specialist, and Pilates Instructor. Lena is a 32- years young and deeply passionate about teamwork—the genuine, self-responsible kind that sparks innovation and creates new ways of living together.

My journey began in a small town in West Germany and has taken me across the world—learning from different cultures, industries, and people. I’ve worked inside a 200+ year-old legacy company (Carl Zeiss), a fast-paced media agency (Mediacom Düsseldorf), and at various health hubs and studios across the Netherlands, Canada, and Australia.

More importantly, I’ve had the honor of working with over 1,000 clients—each one contributing to my ongoing “field research” on what it means to lead with integrity, presence, and emotional maturity. My mission is to co-create tools, spaces, and experiences that redefine leadership through deep connection, clarity, and courageous communication.

Outside of work, you’ll find me outdoors with friends, exploring new places, or diving into sports and soul-led adventures. I’m a social bird by nature—always curious about how we can deepen our interconnection and build the future more consciously, together.
