Expert workshop: balance your energy as an introvert
In 2020, we'll be hosting several introversion-related workshops. Nanja van Zundert will host the first one, introducing us to meditation. After the workshop, there will be time to talk to some fellow introverts.
As an introvert, it's extremely important to know how to balance your energy, in order to use your full potential. Meditation can be of great help for that. If you think meditation could be for you, to create more space in your mind as well as your schedule, come learn how!
In this hour-long workshop, we’ll experience what meditation is (and what it isn’t!), we’ll try out some breathing exercises that will help you relax immediately, and talk about how to incorporate these meditation exercises in your life.
