Ervaar de allerbeste FamilieFest: BFF ooit! Ontdek de populairste workshops van de afgelopen jaren en maak er een dag vol plezier van. Ga op de foto met je besties in het SamenPakkenPlakPak, maak je bestie na in het Vergeet-me-niet-Museum en doe nog veel meer. Neem al je vrienden, familie, buren en klasgenootjes mee en beleef het zelf!

Programma

• Winderige Wiebel Wapperaars: breng de lucht van het Nieuwe Instituut tot leven met jouw zelfgemaakte windroostermonster. Jouw creatie blaast zo het winderige feest door het hele museum. Wie kan de meest wiebeligste wapperaar van allemaal maken?
• SamenPakkenPlakPak: maak jouw mooie trui nog mooier door hem samen met je favoriete mensen aan te doen. Wie zijn jullie als jullie samen één zijn? Passen jullie allemaal in een kledingstuk? Ja hoor! Hier kan dat gewoon! Maak samen, beweeg samen en neem samen een foto voor mee naar huis.
• ReteVetteRace: ZOEF! Daar gaan de giraffemobiel, de regenboogkoets en de vliegende vrachtwagen. Wie denk jij dat er gaat winnen? Tijdens deze lichtgevende race creëer jij samen met je (nieuwe) beste vrienden je eigen supervette racewagen en laat je ze racen naar de finish. Klaar voor de start… AF!
  Voel je vrij om je eigen autootje mee te nemen om te transformeren tot een retevette racewagen!
• Bammetjes Bar: kom heerlijk vies lekker eten met je liefste mensen en bouw de boterham van je dromen. Heeft die van jouw snotpegels, kabouterpoepjes of een dino-biefstuk? Jij bepaalt het lekker zelf. Eet smakelijk!
• FotoTekenToko: dit is niet zomaar een fotohokje, maar een hele bijzondere. Je kan hier namelijk jezelf of je hele gezin laten natekenen door een echte tekenaar. Net zoals vroeger, moet je heel even wachten want er wordt druk getekend. Dus: poseren, even wachten, kunstwerk klaar!
  

En verder: Er is genoeg te doen voor de hele familie: een babyhoek voor de allerkleinsten en een rustruimte voor een rustmoment in de Studio. Doe mee met de familie-zoektochten door de tentoonstellingen of ontdek de kindertentoonstelling Toekomstmakers! op de derde verdieping. En als klap op de vuurpijl kun je je laten schminken naar je eigen ontwerp.

FamilieFest

FamilieFest is een evenement dat elke schoolvakantie plaatsvindt in het Nieuwe Instituut, en jij en je familie zijn uitgenodigd! Het is een dag vol leerzame workshops en leuke activiteiten voor kinderen van 4 tot 12 jaar. Elke editie wordt georganiseerd rondom architectuur, design of digitale cultuur. Experience the ultimate FamilyFest: BFF edition! Discover the most popular workshops from past years and enjoy a day full of fun. Take a photo with your besties in the SamenPakkenPlakPak, recreate your best friend in the Forget-Me-Not Museum, and do so much more. Bring your friends, family, neighbors, and classmates, and experience it all together!

Programme

• Windy Wavy Wobblers: bring the air to life with your self-made ventilation monster. With your wobbling and waving creation, we will have a dance party in the Nieuwe Instituut. Will you join us?
• Ruckus Race: is it a plane? Is it an alien on wheels? Is it a space worm? YES! Everything is possible, as long as it can glide over our Amazing Space Racetrack. Design your vehicle of the future and let’s see if you can shoot for the stars and make it to another planet.
• Jumbo Jumper Jam: make that beautiful jumper even more beautiful by putting it on together with your favourite people. Who are you when you're together? Can you all fit into one piece of clothing? Of course - here, you can do just that! Make together, move together and take a photo together to take back home.
• Bizarre Bread Bar: come enjoy a delicious, delicious meal with your loved ones and build the sandwich of your dreams. Will yours have snot, gnome poop, or a dinosaur steak? It's up to you. Enjoy!
• DrawDoodleDo: this isn't just any photo booth; it's a truly special one. Here, you can have a real artist draw your own portrait. Just like in the old days, you'll have to wait a little while while they're busy drawing. So: pose, wait, and your artwork is done!

And more: There's plenty to do for the whole family: a baby corner for the littlest ones and a quiet area for a moment of rest in the Studio. Take part in the family scavenger hunts through the exhibitions or discover the children's exhibition Future Makers! on the third floor. And to top it all off, you can have your face painted with your own design.

FamilieFest

FamilieFest is an event that takes place at the Nieuwe Instituut during each school break, and you and your family are invited! It is a day filled with educational workshops and fun activities for children from 4-12 years old. Each edition is organised around a theme, such as solar energy or magical realms.
