Join us for the next Intensive Handstand Workshop: Novice Level
Over dit evenement
This is an INTENSIVE Novice Level Workshop (3.5 h).
For participants who previously joined the Beginners to Novice Workshop, and/or more advanced practitioners.
Prerequisite: 90 sec. wall handstand; freestanding experience.Goals: Improve alignment. Get comfortable with handstand progressions. There will be minimal wall work. The focus is on developing balance further, alignment, move towards more advanced exercises.
Coaches: Max Molewijk (handbalancer), Danny van Roij (gymnast) & Bogy vd Manta (sidekick).
The workshops are highly interactive and very limited in number of participants, so you can have as much one-on-one attention from our coaches and be able to practice and get the most out of the workshop.
