get in the know about self myofascial techniques and exercises using different BLACKROLL® tools.

this summer we offer community classes at the wonderful studio of Lululemon in Amsterdam where we go into deep on four different areas of the body, related to typical lifestyle issues.

together we will explore mobilization tips and tricks to improve recovery, flexibility, and finding balance in our body.

in this second session we will focus on reversing the negative effects of sitting

all that sitting! the sedentary lifestyle has obviously lots of downsides for our mobility and can be the cause for pain and bad posture. in this class, we explore our posterior fascia (connective tissue) chain and test our flexibilty.

With different self massage techniques using BLACKROLL® tools we will give all our attention to this so-called backline and stretch and massage it out!
