👤 About Jean-Paul Iraguha
Jean-Paul is CTO at Rise. His goal is to build the best and most performant engineering team in Belgium. His work is focused on developer well-being, developer productivity, tooling, and automation. He is convinced that developer empowerment and shared ownership across all organisations are crucial to reducing the gap between development and business. In his past projects, Jean-Paul has been involved in projects of diverse sizes, from digital migrations of old core backing systems to regulatory & compliance topics such as PSD2.
He is also spending time giving back to the community by contributing to open-source projects and organising developer communities.
