Over dit evenement
We had a year of finding our balance as an individual, as a family member, as a friend, as a colleague.
In this re-balancing act, we also witnessed events that challenged our awareness of diversity, social responsibility, courage, inclusion, resilience, civil rights, gender equality, social capital.
We added new terms and abbreviations to our vocabulary; DEI, microaggression, privilege, labelling, unconscious bias, systemic favouritism...
Yet knowledge is never enough. The change lies in action, getting into messy conversations and getting out of them with small wins.
Remote work is going to be a more common practice in organisations, then the time is here to start taking action towards more inclusive working and hiring practices, higher productivity and a more diverse and inclusive talent pool all whilst still building on social capital (even if it's virtual for a while).
Change begins with us and it begins now!

Una serves as a platform that fosters collaboration among women in business and culture. It’s a meeting point enabling disruptive dialogue among leaders and change-makers, that grows women’s social capital and lays a foundation for future generations to thrive.
Hatch
Many of the jobs we know today will disappear because an algorithm or robot can do the work far more efficiently or because there'll simply no longer be any demand. Conversely, many new jobs will emerge that we can't even conceive of today!
As individuals, we'll have to strengthen existing skills and acquire new ones, and as organizations, we'll have to rethink how we arrange and manage the workplace of the future.
