People go to the gym to train their bodies. But where can we go to train our minds?

Ever finish a workday feeling completely exhausted… even though you haven’t actually done “that much”?

​Your body isn’t tired. Your energy is.

​Most of us were taught how to manage our time, our workload, even how to train our bodies. But no one really taught us how to manage the thing that shapes everything: our focus, mood, motivation, and how we show up with other people.


​That’s where mindzone comes in.

​We’re building Amsterdam’s first studio dedicated entirely to mental and emotional wellbeing. A place where life skills like energy management, self-awareness and resilience are trained the same way you’d train your body at the gym: practically and regularly.

​Before the studio opens, we’re hosting a series of intimate evening mingles.


​This session is for you if:

  • ​you’re tired but don’t really know why
  • ​your evenings disappear into scrolling and recovery mode
  • ​you’re high-functioning, but low on energy
  • ​you want connection without small talk or networking

​You’ll try a simple mindzone exercise, designed to help you understand and regulate your energy. Something you can use anytime you’re running on empty or feeling off.

​❤️‍🔥 Meaningful mingle:

​We’ve carefully created more than 50 question cards and prompts to guide you through conversations that go beyond small talk. You’ll explore your own energy patterns, gain inspiration by how others tackle similar challenges, and leave with concrete ideas to boost your energy & focus!
