We will settle into our mini home retreat with a grounding meditation and a playful Strala yoga practice.
What is Strala yoga?
Strala Yoga is a soft, but dynamic yoga flow, that allows you to get in touch with your body and move in a way that feels supportive and nourishing. The Swedish word ‘Stråla’ means ‘light beam’, and that’s exactly what this practice does: it shows you how to move with a sense of lightness and connect to your bright light inside.
Why breathwork?
After having gently opened up and energized the body and softly grounded our awareness into its sensations, it’s time to get our breath pumping! Breathwork supports so many of the challenges we all experience nowadays. It reduces stress, creates feelings of openness, love, peace, gratitude and clarity, and it enhances communication and connection. In this home retreat we work with a particular breathing technique: the so-called conscious connected breathing. This technique opens up your whole energy system, releasing any emotion or stagnation that no longer serves you.
Inspiring completion
After a breathwork session, inspiration, insights and clarity have all the space to pop up. That’s why we will complete our mini-retreat with some journaling time, as well as a few gentle stretches - and tunes - to get you ready for the rest of your day!
This home retreat is a true light and energy booster, that will help you relax, replenish and connect to that sunshine within yourself. The perfect way to slide into a new week full of vitality and inspiration.
