Five creative perspectives on documentary making and activism around the globe, combined with new technologies like VR, AR and 360 filming. Each speaker will share recent projects from their own practice as well as inspiring examples of other documentaries, immersive stories and artistic research.

This evening is the first public event by the research consortium Documenting Complexity, a two year collaboration, supported by NWO Smart Culture, between Groningen University, School of Journalism Utrecht, Sound and Vision Institute Hilversum, WORM Rotterdam, Verspers and MU Hybrid Art House connecting media science, journalism, design & art.
The presentations will be held within the exhibition Worlding Worlds currently on show at MU. The evening will also be live streamed via MU's YouTube channel.
