The Dutch National Student Orchestra (NSO) is a unique orchestra. Each year the best musicians studying at the Dutch universities do audition for this project; every year the NSO is a completely new orchestra. In our tour we visit the most beautiful concert halls of the Netherlands, including the famous Concertgebouw in Amsterdam. Apart from our concerts in the Netherlands we visit two foreign cities for a concert.

In 2020 the Dutch National Student Orchestra will be conducted by Manoj Kamps (http://music.manoj.nl/). The concert consists of the following pieces:

- ‘Vorspiel’ & ‘Liebestod’ from Tristan und Isolde – Richard Wagner

- unde imber et ignes – Rick van Veldhuizen (New composition commissioned by the NSO)

- Soloist: Katharine Dain | Soprano

- Le Sacre du Printemps – Igor Stravinsky
