In de eerste vier maanden van 2021 gaan we aan de slag met twee grote campagnes:

1. Het klimaat op de agenda zetten van het volgende kabinet
2. De natuurcrisis in Nederland op het vizier van Nederlanders krijgen

Op 15 januari kan je vrijblijvend aansluiten bij een online kick-off waarin we je alles vertellen over de Greenpeace plannen van januari tot april. Na de kick-off weet jij welke rol bij jou past en kan je aan de slag! Samen zetten we de Nederlandse natuur en het klimaat op de agenda.

Hier alvast een sneak preview in de rollen waar jij in kunt stappen:

• Je kan aan de slag in het organizersteam van de klimaatcampagne. Onderdeel van deze campagne is een grote (coronaproof) actie. Met het organizersteam ga je bedenken hoe deze actie groot te maken is. En hoe er zoveel mogelijk mensen bij betrokken kunnen worden. Wij helpen het team op gang, geven begeleiden, organiseren een actiematerialen workshop (spandoeken maken, zeefdrukken, posters plakken, etc). Jij bedenkt waar en hoe de actie het best gepromoot kan worden. Daarvoor organiseer je allerlei activiteiten en maakt gebruik van het vrijwilligersbestand van Greenpeace voor de uitvoering. Creativiteit, Inzet: van januari t/m april, min. 4u per week.
• Gaat natuur je aan het hart? Veel Nederlanders weten niet dat de natuur er in Nederland slecht voorstaat. Daar willen wij wat aan veranderen. Samen met andere organisaties. Wil jij helpen met het bouwen van een groot netwerk om mee in actie te kunnen komen? Jij gaat als organizer in het organizersteam van de natuurcampagne aan de slag om lokale natuurorganisaties, voedselinitiatieven en toekomstboeren te betrekken en te activeren voor een gezamenlijke campagne/actie. inzet: van februari t/m april, 15u per week
• Ben je flexibel inzetbaar en werk je goed onder tijdsdruk? Vanaf januari start het #half10 project waarbij elke dag (om half 10) wordt gekeken naar wat er speelt in de actualiteit en hoe Greenpeace daar met acties op in kan spelen. Vaak zijn dit acties die binnen 72 uur van de grond moeten komen en waar beschikbare en betrokken vrijwilligers voor nodig zijn.
• Wil je af en toe aan de slag bij Greenpeace de komende maanden? Dat kan ook. Er komen allerlei activiteiten aan, onder andere georganiseerd door bovenstaande teams, waarbij jij aan de slag kan. We weten graag wie je bent, zodat we je de komende maanden als eerste op de hoogte kunnen brengen van nieuwe acties. inzet: afhankelijk van jouw tijd en ons aanbod
• Op 14 maart wordt weer een Klimaatmars georganiseerd. Greenpeace is één van de organiserende partners. Wij vertellen je hoe jij kan helpen om deze groot te maken. inzet: van januari t/m maart, tijdsinvestering wisselend.

Na aanmelding, ontvang je ongeveer een week van tevoren programma en link. We beloven een interessante, levendige kick-off om het jaar mee af te trappen!

In the first four months of 2021 we will start two major campaigns:

1. Putting the climate on the agenda of the next cabinet
2. Getting the nature crisis in the Netherlands in the sights of the Dutch people

On 15 January you can join an online kick-off in which we tell you all about the Greenpeace plans from January to April. After the kick-off you will know which role suits you and you can get started! Together we will put Dutch nature and climate on the agenda.

Here is a sneak preview of the roles you can step into:

• You can get started in the organization team of the climate campaign. Part of this campaign is a large (coronaproof) action. Together with the organizer team you will figure out how to make this action big. And how to involve as many people as possible. We help the team get started, give guidance, organize an action materials workshop (making banners, silkscreen prints, stick posters, etc). You think about where and how the action can best be promoted. You organize all kinds of activities and use the volunteers of Greenpeace for the implementation. Creativity, Commitment: from January to April, min. 4 hours per week.
• Is nature close to your heart? Many Dutch people do not know that nature in the Netherlands is in a bad state. We want to change that. Together with other organizations. Would you like to help build a large network to get involved in action? As an organizer you will be part of the nature campaign team to involve and activate local nature organizations, food initiatives and future farmers for a joint campaign / action. Commitment: from February to April, 15h per week, and a week.
• Are you flexible and do you work well under time pressure? As of January the #half10 project starts where every day (at half past 10) we look at what is going on in the news and how Greenpeace can respond to this with actions. Often these are actions that need to get off the ground within 72 hours and where available and committed volunteers are needed.
• Would you like to start working at Greenpeace now and then in the coming months? That is also possible. There are all kinds of activities coming up, organized by the above teams, where you can get started. We like to know who you are, so in the coming months we can be the first to inform you about new actions. commitment: depending on your time and our offer.
• On 14 March another Climate March will be organized. Greenpeace is one of the organizing partners. We will tell you how you can help to make it big. Commitment: from January to March, time investment variable.

After registration, you will receive a program and link about a week in advance. We promise an interesting, lively kick-off to kick off the year!

The meeting will be held in Dutch but we will make sure translation is available. Make sure to select the English language during registration if you do not speak Dutch!
