The impact of Systems
In order to ensure continuity, stability, and predictability, systems – e.g. organisations – create patterns. Yet when the outside world changes (at present day a constant) those same patterns can become limiting forces, when seeking to swiftly adapt to new market circumstances or challenges.
In this workshop we use the systemic approach to support you to become aware and understand the hidden information in patterns which play out unconsciously in your organisation.
This way of looking may be helpful when there is questions, dynamics, resistance in the organisation which cannot be explained logically. It can bring clarity and puts transformation into motion at individual and collective level.
What and How?
A person or a team brings in a question for which they have not yet found the answer or can not be explained logically. We then explore this question by looking at how the key elements relate to one another and the whole. This provides insights to the question asked and movement becomes possible. This way of observing, interpreting and processing puts into motion transformation at various levels.
Audience
Leaders in organizations with an intention to understand the whole (including themselves) and are open to experiment and experience a different way of looking at an issue, dilemma or question. There will be room to work with one or two questions of one or two different people. In addition, every attendee will gain insights about challenges they are facing in their own context through systemic exploring exercises.
