A two-hour guided experience led by Professional Dancer and Pilates Instructor, Rocio Vera designed to reconnect you with your body through strength and fluid movement.
We begin with 60 minutes of focused Pilates, exploring core activation, stability and mobility through precise sequences such as The Hundred and Spine Stretch Forward. Strength as support. Control as awareness.
From there, we transition into guided improvisation. The structure softens, movement becomes intuitive, and expression emerges naturally — without choreography or performance pressure.
Held in the warmth of Club Hot Yogi, where our heated floor invites a more pleasurable movement experience.
You don’t need dance experience. Just curiosity.
