You've asked us to share more of our deep ServiceNow knowledge and we have listened. We have decided to organize four roundtable events each year, to inform you about the latest and greatest concerning the ServiceNow platform and what you can do to unleash it's potential. As you can expect, the tickets for these roundtables are free. You’ll receive more information about the other roundtables and their subjects later this year.

Event information:

The subject of the first edition of the roundtable is ServiceNow’s latest release Kingston, which was released on January 11, 2018. During this roundtable Plat4mation will share with you the highlights of the Kingston release and facilitate roundtable discussions. This will give you the chance to understand how you can benefit from Kingston features and discuss with other ServiceNow users to learn from each others experiences. We will also offer the possibility to discuss the biggest challenges you are currently facing.

Talk #1:

The new release of ServiceNow, called Kingston, is offering some new features. During talk#1 we’ll take you through some highlights within each of the three major themes for this release: machine learning for everyday work, no code process automation and user experience innovations. We’ll talk you through the following high-lights: Agent Intelligence, Major Incident Management, Project Workspace, Flow Designer and Integration Hub.

Talk #2:

Every ServiceNow customer comes across upgrades. Whether it’s your first time or you went through the process already, we are asked the same questions: What would be the best upgrade strategy? What can we do to prepare ourselves? How do we handle open Update sets? In this session, we will inform you about the Plat4mation Upgrade Methodology. Based on our best practices we will inform you how the optimal upgrade journey looks like and the steps we think are important to take. Next to that you receive information about what you could do to prepare your organization for an upgrade of your beloved platform. During the roundtable session, we can go fufurther into your questions around this topic (and other topics as well) and please feel free to share your experiences with other customers.

The event, including all collateral and presentations, will be written and spoken in English. In case everyone is speaking Dutch, we will speak Dutch.
