KAP is a transmission of life force energy and of a non-dual state of consciousness simultaneously.During KAP, the energy enters through the crown chakra to the root chakra. It gradually builds up and eventually begins to flow in both directions.The energy has an intelligence that does exactly what your system needs at that moment.KAP is a path of surrender and not of will and is therefore different from other self-generating intentional exercises or kundalini experiences (such as kundalini yoga, tantra, breath work, etc.). KAP is a natural energetic process that will not shock your system in any way.During the unique KAP session you may have different experiences such as physical, emotional, visual or states of bliss may arise.ONLINE: Energy is not bound by time or space. It follows intention and consciousness. KAP works just as well online as in person. You will receive the link to the Zoom meeting by email on the day of the session, 1h before we start.What to expect?During the session, you will lie down on a yoga mat. Buşra has carefully compiled a music playlist that will be played during the session. During the session, it is important to keep your eyes closed and to trust.It is important to relax, keep your eyes closed and surrender to the process without expectations.Possible experiences during the KAP session:- Energetic sensations- Visual experiences- Emotional release- Physical movements- Bliss-states- Connecting with your soul and gaining wonderful insightsBenefitsKAP helps you clean up your system. This event is 18+What you'll need:* A stable Internet connection and Zoom installed on your device,* SUGGESTED: Pair your device with external speakers or headphones,* An area free from distractions (e.g., children, pets, background noise, etc.),* Be prepared to lie down on a yoga mat or blanket on the floor for 1h (it can be really cold),* Wear comfortable clothes in which you can easily move.* IMPORTANT: Your camera must be turned on and you must be visible to the Facilitator during the session, otherwise you will be removed from the meeting.How to prepare:* It is preferable not to eat anything heavy until 3 hours before the session. If you feel hungry, it is better to have something light like fruit.* Avoid alcohol, caffeine, or drugs 24/48 hours before and after the session.* Wear comfortable clothing that allows easy movement.
