Beautiful Goddess!

I am grateful to have you in our presence. These classes will be open for you to explore a new safe space to begin this new journey as a Sensual Woman/Femme.

Class Structure:

We’ll always start with a sacred circle as an ‘introduction’ to get to know each other. What brought you here and what is your intention for this class?

Then there will be a short self love meditation + warming up.

Every first and last week of the month there will be a movement class: no choreography, but purely discovering and exploring your own movement and ways to raise your sensual energy. More in depth exercises and journaling will be part of the class.

The other weeks I’ll teach you a sensual choreography. Don’t be afraid that you can’t keep up. The focus is more on exploring sensuality through movement rather than the actual steps.

At the end of the class we’ll do a cooling down and have a intimate aftertalk about how this experience made you feel, in the comfortness of the group to connect on a deeper level.

Language: Dutch, but if there’s 1 person not understanding Dutch, i’ll switch to English

Please bring:

• a notebook, a pen, an extra sweater for during the talks, kneepads and clothes where you feel comfortable/sexy in.

The choice to dance in heels is entirely up to you, but I won’t recommend it if you haven’t been trained to dance in heels.

If you have any medical conditions, take care of your body. You are never obligated to do certain movements if those aren’t possible.
