That’s why I created this retreat—because clarity doesn’t come from overthinking. It comes when you step away, breathe deep, and give yourself space to actually feel where your Soul is calling you next.

Of course, the SHAMANIC SOUL ESCAPE is a chill day in nature, but we’ll go even further than that.

During this retreat is something special: The Soul Compass Process. It’s part of my unique process that takes you deep into where you are now, what truly matters to you, and where your soul is calling you next. This is rooted in the shamanic teachings of the medicine wheel. This isn’t rationalizing your next steps. It’s about real clarity, real alignment, and real action based on your Soul's inner compass.

Most retreats give you relaxation. This one gives you relaxation AND answers. The kind that comes when you finally step away from the noise and tune in to what’s really inside you. It’s a win-win!

The SHAMANIC SOUL ESCAPE will take place at Grounded Roots. A beautiful holistic sanctuary, located in the Utrechtse Heuvelrug, surrounded by forest and a tranquil lake.
Grounded Roots is the perfect sanctuary to step away from daily life and reconnect with yourself and Soul.

ABOUT YOUR HOST, HAILEY NOA

Hey, I’m Hailey, I'm a Soul Shamanism Practicioner & Cacao Ceremonialist. If there’s one thing I know for sure, it’s this: life gets loud, so loud that we forget to listen to the one thing that truly matters… our Soul.

Once upon a time, I was a lawyer in courtrooms, now I’m a guide in ceremonies. I know what it’s like to live a life that looks good on paper but feels out of alignment. My own journey led me from feeling stuck and lost to shamanism, cacao, Soul Purpose and deep Soul work—helping me reconnect with my truth.

Since then, I’ve led thousands of people through ceremonies, sessions, and Shamanic Soul journeys, guiding them back to clarity, purpose, and inner wisdom.

My mission? To help you escape the noise, tune in, and remember who you truly are.

THE RETREAT DETAILS

Time: 10:00 – 17:00
(make sure you arrive 15 minutes early, so at 09:45)

HOW TO PREPARE FOR YOUR RETREAT

Wear comfortable and warm clothes.
It's advised to not drink coffee on the day of the retreat. If not drinking coffee gives you a headache, try to drink less coffee and in a lower dose.
It's advised to not drink alcohol or use drugs the day before and on the day of the retreat.
Don’t eat anything at least 3 hours before the retreat.
You can bring a notebook and pen (and crystals if you like).
It's not advised to drink a ceremonial doses of cacao (35 gram) if:

- Have severe heart problems

- Are on a high doses of antidepressants that contain MAOIs

- Use medication against high blood pressure.

- You’re pregnant: it's okay to drink ceremonial cacao while pregnant, but cacao can activate your baby or cause nausea. If you're not familiar with drinking cacao while pregnant, please contact me.

Please note that this not medical advice: consult your doctor if you want to join a retreat but are not sure if this is suitable for you. I can always make a milder dose of cacao specially for you.

If you can't make it, I can try my best to help you find someone who can take your spot. If no one takes your spot, unfortunately, your ticket won't be refunded.
