~Sounds from Heart Instruments and Tibetan Sound Bowls, Breathwork and Meditation~ Every moment, each sound, taste, smell or encounter is an invitation to take life exactly as it is. No longer controlling or manipulating our current experience, but allowing it to be exactly as it is and rest and trust in a space of just Being. It is in this space we heal from past experiences and tap into our inherent wisdom. For this gathering we leave behind the ‘know surface level of the mind’ through Sound, Breath and Meditation and sink and bask in the eternal present moment. This wide open present moment is always free from any judgement, story or concept and from it’s very nature is has the potency to reveal where you are not (yet) in alignment with Reality, were you are holding back from Life, were the investment in old stories and ideas is still living you. The sounds, songs and smells are a constant reminder to relax into this field of presence so that insight spontaneously arise from depths of our Being and healing can occur. Everybody with a a sincere intention for themselves is more than welcome in this circle.
