One important aspect to adopt Data Science into your way of working is proactive monitoring of algorithms that are being used. Proactive monitoring gives immediate insights in possible anomalies that occur within day-to-day business and possible new opportunities to improve business even further.

The lecture starts with a few short use cases to illustrate what algorithm monitoring means and how this can be used for detecting new opportunities. After the introduction we show what needs to be organized on a technical level to facilitate proactive monitoring. The use of the data logging will be explained by Andrea (AS Watson). The lecture will end with a demonstration of the infrastructure and how to find anomalies and new opportunities within the data.
