The Expected Details

This stuff you probably know, but it’s important. Please follow the rules of the theatre, direction flows and make an extra effort to stay 1,5m away from strangers. Of course cough into your elbow. Of course wash and sanitize your hands. And of course do not come out if you or anyone in your house is sick.

We cannot guarantee you will not be exposed to COVID-19 at Boom Chicago nor at the supermarket nor on the street. There is some risk every time you leave your house. What we can say is together we can create a pretty safe place and we have set safety procedures to vastly reduce potential exposure from our staff and other guests in a way that most venues cannot.

Service with a Smile

Members of the front of house team of Boom Chicago close to guests may wear face shields to protect you and them. This means they can come right to your table and take orders, bring drinks and clear your glasses. Another benefit is you can see their mouths and hear them better. If they blow you a kiss, you will see it. So be charming!

Seats

Boom Chicago has new seating setups that allow you to sit close to your partner, family and flatmates, but away from other groups. Couples can choose for a comfy couch in the front or a table on the side. In the balcony, your seats are separated from strangers with safety shields.
