Dear Young Energy Professionals,
The second YEP Conference will come this autumn! SAVE THE DATE!
When: Wednesday 16th November 2016, 9.30-17.00
Location: World Forum, The Hague (Churchillplein 10)
Set up: business casual
Theme YEP Conference: The Next Step (in the energy transition)
Energy and climate targets currently focus primarily on 2020. However, with COP21 in mind it’s time to discuss The Next Step beyond 2020 towards 2050 and a climate neutral energy system.
Last year’s YEP conference was about Game Changers. Last year we have seen the game changing already. We aspire to share you some new insights with respect to companies already changing the game and making the next step. Further we discuss ideas relevant for possible paradigm shifts necessary to enable the transition towards a climate neutral energy system. This year we organize the conference together with the European Autumn Gas Conference (EAGC). In the afternoon people attending the EAGC can join our program.
During or after each speech and session, there is ample room for questions and discussion. For The Next Step in the energy transition there are no definite answers, so you are encouraged to contribute to the conference by raising questions and initiating discussions.
We hope this day will learn about new developments and ideas in a wide spectrum of the energy system including built environment, industry and mobility. Further we hope this event ensures great networking opportunities and provides you new leads to contribute to The Next Step in the energy transition!
