Zangrecital Mit Taets
De Belgische Mezzo-Sopraan Mit Taets begon haar muziekstudies aan het Lemmensinstituut te Leuven waar zij drie jaar piano studeerde. Vervolgens legde ze zich toe op haar grote passie Zang en startte haar opleiding aan het Koninklijk Conservatorium te Antwerpen, waar zij in 2015 haar Masterdiploma behaalde in de klas van Anne Cambier. Momenteel neemt zij deel aan Wedstrijden en Masterclasses in binnen- en buitenland. Als soliste was zij reeds te horen in werken van Mahler, Händel, Mozart, Vivaldi, Pergolesi, Bach, Mendelssohn, Britten, Berio, Vaughan-Williams,..
In 2014 was zij één van de jeugdcommentatoren van de Koningin Elisabethwedstrijd voor Cobra en Klara.
Isaak Duerinck (1994) is at ease with them all and is happy to veer off the classical path. He feels perfectly at home on stage, especially when it involves music theatre or 20th-century music.
In his growth as a musician and performer, Isaak has been accompanied by the pianist Eliane Rodrigues at the Royal Conservatoire in Antwerp, and in 2016 he spent several inspiring months at the Escola Superior de Música in Lisbon. Together with soprano Naomi Beeldens he has played various recitals, i.a. for Operadagen Rotterdam and Marche Music International Festival, co-productions with Muziektheater Transparant.
He frequently returns to his first love, the accordion, with which he performs a variety of other musical genres, from django to tango.
In June 2017 he graduated magna cum laude with the cabaret performance LES ÂMES PERDUES, coached by Wouter Van Looy, artistic head of Muziektheater Transparant.
