This is a Transformational Breathwork Workshop where you get to have fun and at the same time learn how to fully surrender and reconnect with your inner self.
You will get away from the noise in your daily life and experience this magical journey. This is a safe space created for all of you that want to open your heart, release stagnant energy, reawaken your intuition and get more clarity on life.
You will leave the workshop feeling relaxed, clear, recharged and with your heart filled with love. And on top of that we will also give you simple daily breathwork practise exercises that will benefit your daily life

She'll guide you through a transformational journey using the power of the breath.
- ESTELLE WITTEVEEN: Life & Mindset Coach. NLP Master practitioner and passionate about helping people build more confidence & selflove so that they are able to live the life they've always dreamed of. Estelle is on a mission to help people to find their purpose in life, break through limitations, let go of emotional baggage and encourage people to fully express themselves. She will show you that life can be so much more fun when you learn how to love yourself for everything that you are and remove the limits that you have created for yourself.
