What to expect from an online Twerk After Work™ class? Lots of fun! That is definitely the most important thing. During these 60 minutes, we will dance, twerk, tone our body and burn lots of calories! We will dance to Reggaeton, Afrobeats, Dancehall, Soca and much more. As long as we can shake our booties!

Class Outline:

• Warming up
• Twerk techniques
• Sweat Sequence: A minute long choreo
• Cooling down
• Breathing & Positive Affirmations

What do you need?

• Comfy clothes (Bootyshorts are always nice to wear, so you can see what you're shaking!)
• Water
• Towel
• Zoom & Internet connection
• GOOD VIBES!!
