About this event

Have you ever dared to explore the realm of acting? Have you considered the profound impact of body presence in the space around you? I invite you to go creative and physical - to try the actors' practices.

Acting is a vivisection of human life. I firmly believe that actors’ practices hold the power to transform not only performers but also individuals from all professions. By understanding our bodies on a deeper level, we can liberate our creativity, shatter the constraints of routine, and tap into the infinite potential that resides within us.

In this 2-hour workshop, I have curated exercises from diverse theatrical schools to help you unveil your creative side and perceive yourself from a fresh perspective. The workshop's mission is to unearth our true authentic selves, breaking free from the confines of our habitual existence.

What to Expect:
The workshop commences with a vibrant body warm-up session, designed to dissolve barriers and foster connections among participants. We delve into voice warm-up techniques and offer invaluable tips for mastering the art of public speaking. And end with creating a group and individual body and voice improvisation.

Who Can Participate:
This workshop is tailored for everyone keen on the development of body, mind, and voice. Whether you are a seasoned actor who is looking for keys for stage presence and new ways of existence on stage or in a frame or a programmer who wants to develop personal qualities and go further as humankind - this journey to self-discovery welcomes you with open arms.

What to Bring:
All you need to bring is water, wear comfortable clothes, and most importantly, arrive with an open mind ready to embrace new experiences. And remember, we'll be working barefoot, encouraging a profound connection with our surroundings.
