(Recording Included)
What does unshakeable trust mean in a world that feels so uncertain?
In this 90-minute session, we’ll explore trust not as something we force or fix, but as a gentle shift into presence. Together, we’ll look at the thoughts and fears that keep us gripping for control, and learn how to rest in the quiet steadiness that lives beneath it all.
Through guided meditation, simple breath practices, journaling, and reflection, you’ll:
- Explore what’s in the way of trust.
- Soften the need to know or control.
- Discover how to rest in life, even when it’s uncertain.
This is not about becoming fearless — it’s about finding the part of you that can hold fear, with compassion.
All are welcome. Come just as you are.
If you can’t join live, you’ll receive the recording.
This session is donation-based (suggested minimum €5 ). If you’re able to give €15 or more, your support helps me keep creating these gatherings while making them accessible to all. Your presence, however, is the real gift.
