(Recording Included)
What does it mean to hold unshakable trust in a world that feels so uncertain?
In this 90-minute session, we’ll explore trust not as something to achieve or control, but as a gentle homecoming to presence. Together, we’ll notice the thoughts and fears that keep us gripping for certainty, and we’ll practice resting in the quiet steadiness that’s always here — even when life feels unpredictable.
Through guided meditation, simple breath practices, journaling, and reflection, you’ll:
✨ Explore what stands in the way of trust
✨ Soften the need to know or control
✨ Discover how to rest in life, even amidst uncertainty
This isn’t about becoming fearless — it’s about meeting fear with compassion and remembering the part of you that can hold it all.
You are warmly welcome, exactly as you are.If you can’t join live, a recording will be sent to you.
This session is offered on donation (suggested minimum €5+). If you’re able to give €15 or more, your generosity helps me keep creating these gatherings and sharing them with everyone who needs them. Your presence, however, is the real gift.
