🚀 At UNSTUCK: Beyond Labels, you’ll explore identity as the foundation for growth. Together, we’ll look beyond roles, labels and rehearsed answers to uncover what happens when you act from a place of authenticity.

🔎We’ll start with an interactive exercise to spark clarity about who you are beyond the labels. Then, in small groups, you’ll translate those insights into real, actionable steps for your ambitions, career and personal journey. You’ll leave with sharper self-awareness and a grounded vision for what’s next.

Franca Cumbo (Digital Marketing Consultant, Lionstar Social)

Franca has been part of the SheSays Amsterdam leadership team for over five years, after first joining as an enthusiastic attendee. Inspired by the connections and confidence she gained from the community, she now gives back by helping others find the same support. She is passionate about creating space for honest, open conversations that spark professional growth and meaningful connections.

Joanna Stone (Consulting on People-Centred Transformation)

What drives Joanna is exploring what happens when the surface drops, when the person lets go of labels and expectations, even their own. In her work on transformation, she’s seen how honesty and vulnerability can shift cultures. Here, she’s motivated by the same: showing up without the mask and seeing what becomes possible from there.
