Do I need a yoga mat?

Accepted Answer

No, we will do gentle meridian yoga movements.  All movements and acupressure will be done  standing. It is nice though if you bring something small to sit on while I play the harp, and we will do visualisations and a short meditation.

Is the yoga intense?

No, we will engage in gentle meridian stretches and acupressure that can be done at any age and fitness level.

How do we connect to nature

Accepted Answer

We will specifically connect to trees through feeling and touch. This class in meant for you to connect deeper to nature, to feel your body and to feel the connection between yourself and nature.

Question 4

How can I benefit from harp music

Accepted Answer

At the end of the class I will play harp music. Harp relaxes the nervous system, it will leave you feeling calm and recharged
