On the 20th September we’ll be holding a special workshop where we invite you to join us in sketching our manifesto for a feminist Rotterdam. We’ve been invited to contribute a visual essay to the next Yearbook of Women’s History, in which we will reflect on the past, present and future of Urbanistas RDAM and our role in creating a more feminist city. We want this to represent the views of as many Urbanistas as possible – so come and join our sketching workshop! It promises to be a relaxed and creative afternoon where we’ll get messy in making a collaborative, multi-media vision of our favourite city. We will meet at the Toekomstatelier Oostkop, in het Nieuwe Insituut, an inspiring working place in the middle of the city! Get your ticket via the link on this page!
We want to make sure that our events are accessible to all, so we're pleased to say that children are also welcome to attend with an accompanying adult (no ticket required for the child!).
👉We’ll also be celebrating our 7th birthday afterwards with drinks nearby. So if you’re not part of the workshop but still want to join in – come along for drinks from 4pm, we will be at Westkop!
