<h3>Invitation</h3>The UVAR Exchange consortium is glad to invite you to the Final Stakeholder Workshop that will be held in a hybrid format on 18 October 2022, at 10:00 - 13:15 (CET). The main goal of this final event is to present the findings and practical recommendations on physical road signs, VMS, C-ITS and cross border data sharing and validate these with those in the field.For this final workshop we will have hybrid format. You can either join the online live interaction or participate in-person at the premises of the Polis Network in Brussels. Note: in-person attendance is subject to availability. If you would like to attend online, please register and then you will receive the link for the meeting. <h3>About the project</h3>The UVAR Exchange research project funded by the European Parliament and contracted by DG MOVE. UVAR Exchange aims to: <ul><li>Improve the communication of information to drivers in the vicinity of UVARs through different road signs: physical signage, variable message signs, and cooperative intelligent transport system (C-ITS) messages direct to vehicle.</li></ul><ul><li>Improve the cross-border exchange of technical vehicle and vehicle owner/driver information to cities to facilitate foreign vehicles access without pre-registration, compliance checks and enforcement of UVARs (e.g., in issuing fines).</li></ul>The project is led by Panteia together with partners Armis, AustriaTech, CORTE, MAPtm, TRT, and Sadler Consultants.
