Is your young artist in need of a creative outlet during this rainy season?! Do they like learning new techniques in a warm and encouraging environment? Could they benefit from a non-screen time project to activate their creative juices? If you answered yes to any of these questions, then look no further! Jonesy’s Studio is kickstarting its new season of workshops with a watercolor class designed to bring some warmth and cheer into these cold winter days. In this workshop, we will celebrate Van Gogh&#x27;s sunflowers and experiment with composition and color. This one-and-a-half-hour session is perfectly designed to allow time for playing, creating, and learning about balance and spacial elements. There is much room for interpretation, and flower and vase variations are highly encouraged. Jonesy’s Studio does not promote cookie-cutter-style artwork in our classes so that students can make their own aesthetic choices with the tools and techniques taught.This workshop is capped at ten, so the class is ideal for learning new skills and listening to music in an encouraging and safe space. Everyone is welcome regardless of skill level or background.
